Ava earned her master’s degree at Columbia University, then worked as a Business Analyst at ADP for six years designing software for their corporate banking clients. After having a second child, she took time-off to focus on her family. Ava brings her proactive work-style and insight of the NYC school system (its Special Education as well as Gifted & Talented track) to the real estate arena - a plus for those investors or families seeking to make their next transaction a primary residence. Ava factors-in the quality-of-life aspects like school zones, nearby parks and reputable hospitals. With this in mind, she gives her buyers curated searches based on their preferences, along with dedicated support down to the final submission of their board package. Likewise, Ava will proactively liaise with her sellers to properly price, market and close on their property.
Ava lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and two teenagers. She is a grant writer for the Ackerman Institute, the Summit School, and Baruch High School, as well as a social advocate for the LGBTQ community.
