I am a lifelong New Yorker, born and raised in Astoria, Queens to my current residence in upper Manhattan. A son of an Army veteran who raised me to understand hard work and dedication. I chose real estate because growing up in a building where my father was the superintendent, I witnessed how real estate affected peoples lives. One day you are renting someone their first apartment and years down the line you are finding them a place where they can raise a family.
I have devoted myself to putting the customer first, spending 12 years in the customer service industry including, 5 years of management. Starting as an entry employee and working my way up to Manager, I had to learn to be a leader in an ever changing industry by utilizing organization, business analysis, and multitasking skills. Nonetheless, the most important part of it all has been learning the importance of human connection by building trust through honesty, compassion, communication, and understanding.
