As a first generation Korean in her native New York City, Hana knows what it’s like to keep up with a fast paced life. Working in restaurants at the early age of 15 trained her to become an excellent salesperson by taking the time to get to know the guests’. She realized after years of juggling school and work, not many people have the opportunity or accessibility to know the steps to achieving the American dream. Especially coming from an immigrant family, she knows it's hard enough to grasp the language, let alone how to get a piece of the pie. This is a big issue in society and she wants to be a part of the solution through Real Estate.
Studying in community colleges and working full time taught her how to manage her time efficiently. New Yorker’s in general are always busy and needs assistance to execute their daily plans. She takes pride in helping others live a quality life by delivering exceptional service. Her best commission is have helped someone in need of assistance.
Her day to day activities involves staying updated with trends and markets and assisting people in need of advice and helping her community become rich in knowledge. She loves spreading the word to first-time home buyers and informing them of their options. She believes that every citizen should know what their community has to offer and share with their neighbors. Same concept for the rest of the world, but she will start with her own suburban area first. She believes education and support are critical in building a successful community.
Her days off consists of spending time with her family and pets, staying active in her Christian church and keeping her circle motivated. Vacations are always filled with exciting hiking trips or fun physical activities such as taking surfing classes during the summer and snowboarding down different mountains the world has to bestow. Traveling all over the world is fun but NYC is the place to be to explore the diversity in the world in one cozy city.
